Deep Prep Plus Terms

The Deep Prep Plus plan ($199.99) includes 365 days of full platform access from the date of purchase.

If you meet the study requirements below, sit for the NBRC TMC exam, and do not pass, RRT Academy grants one additional 90-day extension at no additional charge.

The extension begins on your original expiry date or on the date your claim is approved, whichever is later. You always receive a full 90 usable days — time spent waiting for us to review your claim is never deducted from it. Claims approved before your access ends therefore give a total of 455 days.

The remedy under Deep Prep Plus is additional study time, not a cash refund. Only 1 extension is available per account, and it is granted once. There is no automatic or repeated renewal, and access is not indefinite.

The extension does not apply to the Sprint, Exam Ready, or Deep Prep plans. It applies only to Deep Prep Plus.

To be eligible for the extension you must meet both of the following requirements before your exam date:

1. Complete at least 80% of the question bank. This is measured automatically in your account under Progress. Your completion percentage is visible on your dashboard at any time.
2. Sit for and attempt the NBRC TMC exam. You must actually take the exam (not cancel or reschedule indefinitely). A result — passing or failing — is required to file a claim.

There is no minimum study duration or session count requirement beyond the 80% question completion threshold.

1. Log in to your RRT Academy account and visit rrtacademy.com/guarantee-claim.
2. Enter the date you sat for the TMC exam and include your official NBRC score report. You can paste a link to a hosted copy (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) or describe the result in the notes field — we will follow up if we need more detail.
3. Submit the form. You will receive an email confirmation that your claim was received.
4. We review every claim within 2 business days. If approved, the 90-day extension is applied to your account automatically and you will receive a confirmation email. Your new expiry date is shown on your account page. Because the extension starts no earlier than the approval date, a slow review never costs you access.

Claims must be submitted within 90 days of your exam date. Claims submitted after that will not be accepted.

Your platform access continues on its existing schedule while a claim is reviewed. If your access lapses before a decision is reached, the extension will start on the approval date instead, so you still receive the full 90 days.

Deep Prep Plus access runs for 365 days from purchase. With an approved claim, one 90-day extension is added, beginning on the original expiry date or the approval date, whichever is later — 455 days in total when the claim is approved before access ends.

• Plans other than Deep Prep Plus.
• Any cash refund. The guarantee provides additional access time only.
• A second extension once one has been granted.
• Claims where fewer than 80% of available questions were completed before the exam date.
• Claims submitted more than 90 days after the exam date.
• Situations where the exam was scheduled but not actually attempted (cancellations, no-shows).
• Fraudulent submissions or misrepresentation of exam results.

These terms apply to your plan as purchased. If RRT Academy updates the guarantee terms in the future, the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your plan. We will not retroactively apply stricter requirements to existing Deep Prep Plus customers.
