Human monoclonal antibody against thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), an epithelial alarmin at the top of the inflammatory cascade. Dampens both type 2 and non-type 2 airway inflammation.

210 mg SC every 4 weeks (age ≥12)
Indications
Severe asthma as add-on maintenance (age ≥12), with no phenotype or biomarker requirement
